2022年第一个月,素莲食品取得新品研发开门红,成功利用植物蛋白组织结构和动物蛋白的特性与风味研发出双蛋白牛肉饼。该双蛋白牛肉饼混合了植物蛋白和动物蛋白的原料,具有100%牛肉原料制作的牛肉饼类似的口感,颗颗“肉”粒弹性十足、咀嚼感强烈、汁水和脂肪感充沛、风味和回味没有一点植物蛋白的豆腥味,口腔中满满的肉质鲜味,而且性价比优势巨大;该双蛋白牛肉饼每100克混合蛋白含量为22克,高于每100克牛肉20克的蛋白含量,在烹饪应用上和牛肉饼一样。由于素莲食品生产线只生产植物蛋白产品,因此该产品将会与肉制品生产企业合作,充分利用肉制品企业的生产线进行量产,以满足更多消费者不同的需求。
